Auctions at all three fund-raising events

Basket Auction: We’re on the hunt for donated baskets! (New items only, please.) Similar efforts have brought in themed baskets (like a pasta cookbook, bottle of olive oil, shiny new colander and fancy pasta), kids’ entertainment baskets (deck of cards, jump rope, board games), sports themed-baskets (game tickets, ball, fan gear) and much more. Donors can collect their brand-new goods into an Easter-style basket or any other creative container.

Winners of the baskets will be chosen “Chinese Auction” style. Anyone can buy a sheet of tickets, then place tickets into bags by the baskets they want most. The more tickets, the greater the chance of a win! Winning tickets will be chosen randomly from each bag that day.

Basket donations for Riverton requested by Fri., Oct. 16. Use this form to make our tracking system easier!

Silent Auction (Liberty Lake and Riverton events): Know anyone who knows anyone? We’re recruiting high-value goods and services for a silent auction. Past examples include a weeklong stay at someone’s vacation home, signed sports and entertainment memorabilia, and primo services like a day at a spa, a week’s worth of summer camp, or a dinner party for 10. Each bidder will write his name and bid next to his desired item. Anyone can write in a higher bid under it, until the deadline for all bid sheets to be collected. At that time, the highest bidder wins.

Winners will be asked to pay for items that day by cash or check. Exceptions can be made for high-priced items.
